BOARD OF EDUCATION
The Frierson Foundation will work with Newark Board of Education in the State of New Jersey providing platforms for youth to express their given talents and abilities within the field of the Arts by conducting weekly trainings, showcases, training workshop and boot camps & summer camps.

SCHOOL ART PROGRAM
The Frierson Foundation's mission is to work with Music Departments of Elementary, Middle and High Schools in the city of Newark, NJ to bring the training and expression of:

Music Theory and Music Foundation

Drama

Dance (including Mime Dance)

Vocal & Ear Training

Sight Reading

Fundamentals of Playing An Instrument

Band & Orchestra Training
to support students with these interests and artistic gifts and talents.
SHOWCASE EVENTS
Aside from fundraising events, The Frierson Foundation will host galas and performances where the students (that are supported by the foundation) can perform to express their talents and gifting, and at the same time, petition for support, funding and volunteers.

MUSIC COLLEGE TOURS
Students who are interested in continuing their Music Education after High School Graduation can complete our on-line application to attend our College Tour Program. The application will also include the eligibility requirement checklist for qualification.
